The main tasks for the role of CFO: management of all financial flows of the company, their coordination; management of the effectiveness of the organization, strategic and operational planning of budgeting; increase the quality of budgeting planning ( reduce the number of iterations, increase the efficiency of budget adoption and execution stages, increase the competence and responsibility of the participants in the budget process)/Main requirements for the candidate: successful work experience in a similar position for at least 5 years; in-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting; professional higher education; continuous training, self-development, professional development; leadership qualities, strong character, proactivity, the ability to offer non-standard solutions, high personal efficiency.
