The Ukrainian chain of gas stations, whose operational activity is carried out under the management of PJSC "UKRNAFTA", announces the opening of a competition for the position of: Financial Director WHAT ARE THE TASKS WE ASSIGN: General management of personnel in the financial direction; Interaction with the team of top managers and facilitating the interaction of the financial department with other functional divisions of the company; Financial analysis, planning, budgeting; Creation and analysis of financial and management reporting of the company; Control of systematic and regular analysis of the financial and economic activity of the company; Reduction of possible financial risks, optimization of costs; Distribution of financial flows; Control of tax activities in accordance with current legislation; Construction of financial reporting models and formats, economic analysis, forecasting indicators; Participation in the automation and optimization of business processes; Interaction with key partners and banks. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Higher economic education; At least 7 years of work experience in the field of finance, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position; Deep knowledge of the principles of financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and optimization of financial processes; High communication skills and the ability to work in a team; Experience with ERP systems and other financial software tools.
