The trade and production group of companies has an open vacancy: Financial director. Requirements: 5 years of work experience, preferably in manufacturing companies or FMCG; Higher education (economics, finance, audit); ;Construction and maintenance of accounting, tax and management records;Financial and tax planning, preparation of consolidated reports;Automation of accounting and financial functions in 1C 8.3;Development and implementation of tax optimization systems within the framework of legislation;Practical experience in personnel management (management of a team of at least 15 people ).Functional duties: Organization and control of the work of the financial direction of the group of companies; Development and implementation of a unified accounting policy in accordance with PSBO standards (development of accounting policies of accounting, tax and management accounting) and corporate rules; Budgeting (BRGC, DB and BR, payment calendar), control and setting of financial reporting processes; Management of cash and working capital; Development of measures to optimize the use of resources (tax planning, control of income and provision of finances (incl. credit)); Preparation of financial statements.
