Main tasks: Strategic financial management: Development and implementation of financial strategies aimed at supporting the company's strategic goals in the B2B segment. Assessment of financial opportunities and risks to support decision-making at the highest level. Management of financial planning: Development and monitoring of annual budgets aligned with the company's strategy. Setting up processes for managing the flow of funds. Analysis of financial deviations and development of corrective measures. Financial reporting and analysis: Preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness. Providing financial analytics and recommendations to optimize business processes. Liquidity and working capital management: Development of liquidity management strategies and working capital optimization in B2B business conditions. Monitoring and management of credit risks and payment discipline of clients. Management of financial personnel: Development and management of the financial department, ensuring a high level of professional competence. Facilitating the interaction of the financial department with other functional divisions of the company. Relations with clients and partners: Participation in negotiations and interaction with key B2B clients and partners of the company. Ensuring financial transparency and openness in relations with clients. Necessary competencies and qualifications: Higher financial education, plus professional certification (CFA, ACCA, CMA). Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the field of finance and financial management, including the B2B segment. Deep understanding of the B2B business model and financial interactions in this context. Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of technological solutions for financial management and analysis (ERP systems, BI tools). Work in the office, office in the Pochaina metro area, from 09.00 to 18.00 or from 10.00 to 19.00.
