CFO in Resorcer

For our client - one of the leaders of asphalt and concrete production in Ukraine, we are looking for a Financial Director. Responsibilities: Development and implementation of the Company's financial strategy; Planning and budgeting; Analysis of the Company's accounting policy and implementation of the necessary changes; Control of budget implementation and forecasting of financial results ; Preparation of management reporting (PL, CF, BS) and plan-factor analysis of its results; Tax planning, management of tax liabilities; Investment analysis, calculation of projects, assessment of economic efficiency of projects; Control of receivables and payables; Analysis of financial risks of the Company and development of measures to reduce them; communication with banks, full interaction and support, preparation of documents for obtaining financing; provision of financial transactions in foreign economic activities, support of export-import contracts, transactions with the Central Bank; work on processes to improve the automation of management accounting, optimization and automation business processes. Requirements: 5 years of experience as a financial director; Higher education: economics/finance/accounting and auditing; Work experience in production; In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting, tax legislation and NBU regulations ; Experience in building and automating business processes; Independence, responsibility, the ability to work in a team, the ability to set priorities and complete tasks within the specified time limits; Experience in using a PC: MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint), 1C: 8 (UPP, CRM system, MSDynamics); High level of responsibility, meticulousness in numbers, professionalism.
