CFO in Ultragroup

Responsibilities:

1. Management of financial flows, budgeting, financial planning.

2. Determination of the optimal financial and legal model of the Company's work.

3. Tax planning, management of tax liabilities.

4. Investment analysis, calculation of projects, assessment of economic efficiency of projects.

5. Building a systematic and regular analysis of the financial and economic activity of the enterprise. construction of a system of budgeting, financial reporting and financial analysis.

6. Work on processes to improve the automation of management accounting, optimization and automation of business processes;

7. Communication with banks, full interaction and support, preparation of documents for obtaining financing.

8. Ensuring financial operations in foreign economic activity, support of export-import contracts.

9. Organization and control of accounting;

10. Control of financial and tax activities in accordance with current legislation

11. Preparation and experience of passing inspections of various levels

12. Cooperation with external organizations

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience as a financial director. Desired experience in a system company.

2. Experience with such programs as: 1C, confident user of Excel, Word.

3. Experience in comprehensive accounting, tax and management accounting for the following forms of taxation:

•VAT payer enterprises;

•enterprises on the single tax;

• natural persons — entrepreneurs;

4. Knowledge of legislation.

5. The desire and ability to systematize the work of the business

6. High level of responsibility, meticulousness in numbers, professionalism

7. Willingness to communicate with colleagues, promptly and constructively solve the issues that arise.

8. An understanding of the retail

market is desirable
