CFO in Groveks, TOV

We are currently looking for a professional to join our team as a CFO.

Responsibilities:

- Management of the financial department of the company and ensuring its effective work (accounting, finance manager and lawyer).

- Development and implementation of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting strategies (formation of P&L management reports, cash flow)

- Monitoring of the company's financial activities, identification of potential risks and development of measures to reduce them;

- Analysis of financial indicators, preparation of reports and recommendations for company management; 

- Participation in strategic planning, making financial decisions and monitoring their implementation;

- Conducting negotiations with banks (credit lines, etc.); market analysis, identification of new opportunities for company growth.

Requirements:

- Higher education in finance, accounting or economics;

- Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years;

- In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax accounting, financial management, budgeting and strategic planning;

- High level of analytical skills;< /p>

- Ability to work in a team and manage subordinates;

- Excellent communication and presentation skills;

- Experience in the agricultural sector will be an advantage

- An equipped workplace, with the possibility of occasional remote work.
