An actively growing construction and development company invites a Financial Director to cooperate

Requirements:

• Higher financial or economic education;

• Mandatory similar experience in large development companies for at least 5 years (residential real estate);

• Experience in planning, budgeting and forecasting

• Ability and desire to work in a dynamic team and achieve goals

• Experience in financial control of income and expenses, building financial models, automating management accounting in 1C

• Ability to work with large amounts of information and multitasking.

• Experience in managing subordinates

Main responsibilities:

• Participation in the preparation and implementation of internal regulations and policies;

• Participation in the development of an internal control system;

• Participation in the automation of accounting and management accounting systems;

• Modeling business development, preparing business models;

• Preparing cost optimization solutions.

• Cash flow planning (long-term and operational)

• Maintaining management accounting and generating management reporting;

• Building systems for financing construction projects;
• Budgeting process management;

• Working with financing funds;

• Control of mutual settlements with partner companies;

• Participation in business process automation.

• Formation of annual and monthly financial and economic reports on the activities of a group of companies
