CFO in Opti

Opti is a transport company, one of the leaders in the market of passenger transportation and provides services in more than thirty cities of Ukraine, as well as in Poland. Now we need a professional in his field who will help our company reach a new level, namely, we are looking for a financial director. What skills are needed to join the team: experience of working in a similar position for at least 3 years; higher economic education (finance, accounting, economics); knowledge of P&L/CF/balance sheet; skills of analyzing company indicators to increase profit and financial stability of the company; building financial models of products; perfect knowledge of Google tables, including the importrange formula; analytical mindset, attentiveness when working with figures and reports; experience in CRM will be a plus. What tasks will be ahead of you: timely review and approval of budgets; verification of the coordination of all processes for the provision of funds; implementation of investment evaluation new projects, construction of financial models; analysis of planned and actual financial indicators of the group of companies; securing financial operations of the "Opti" group of companies: implementation of mechanisms that ensure high security of money transactions, as well as control of process execution; participation in the formation and development of KPIs for reconciliation of salary changes; search for additional channels of receiving investments and receiving loans and preparing documents. The expected result of the employee's work: the stable financial position of the group of companies is ensured; the planned level of profitability is ensured; cash gaps are timely prevented; a high level of security of financial operations and company assets is ensured; investment analysis is carried out for new projects of the group of companies "Opti » and determined the expediency of their implementation.
