Main duties: Creation and implementation of the company's financial system. Preparation and implementation of management accounting and reporting to the owners. Budgeting. Analysis and control of budget implementation. Management and optimization of accounting. Implementation of a consolidated reporting system. Management of cash flows, control of budget implementation. Development of a KPI financial motivation system. Control of KPI implementation. Development of the Company's tax policy. Analysis of financial risks. Analysis of contracts. Control of the execution of contracts. Reports: BALANCE SHEET, Cash-Flow Report, Profit and Loss Report (P&L) Setting up the accounting system in the company's accounting programs. Pre-candidate requirements: Higher financial and economic education; Knowledge and practical experience in accounting, tax, of management accounting; Experience of working in systematic production companies as a financial director from 2 years; Experience of working as a chief accountant in production companies; Experience of developing and implementing a budgeting, management accounting and consolidated reporting system; and money; Practical experience in the implementation and optimization of financial business processes in the company; Experience in tax planning and cash flow management; Experience in automation of management accounting and business processes available in 1S Fluency in 1C 8.2, Excel High level of responsibility, systematicity, proactivity, sociability, positive attitude life expectancy.
