We are looking for a Financial Director for a company engaged in the wholesale and retail trade of meat products and alcohol. It is an exclusive partner of a large national business. The goal of the position is to ensure the financial stability and profitability of the enterprise, accounting and management activities. The main tasks and responsibilities. control overdue payables and receivables; implementation of a system of fines for late fulfillment of obligations Organization of work on preparation of reports for the head of the enterprise; formation of a package of financial statements: Cash flow, P&L, Balance Sheet, Working capital Ensuring the stable operation of the financial structure and timely submission of management and accounting reports Approval of the Accounting Policy Preparation of financial forecasts for long-term planning; approval of the Enterprise's budget Formation and approval of the Enterprise's annual investment budget Direct negotiations with banks; analysis of funding sources Coordination of work on conducting an analysis of the financial and economic state of the enterprise Organization of research and analysis of costs for the purchase of raw materials and materials, electricity consumption, transport costs, trade commissions and other costs, costs for depreciation deductions, loan interest, rent, maintenance costs management apparatus Ensuring timely receipt of income: planning of annual income indicators; analysis of income of previous periods; plan-fact analysis; search for ways to increase income Implementation of process automation Support of audit processes Formation of the finance department team, division of responsibilities Formation of the tax base for all types of taxes and fees; choosing a form of tax accounting; determination of mechanisms for the use of tax benefitsImplementation of a policy to optimize the tax burden on the EnterpriseCANDIDATE PROFILEProfessional experience and skillsExperience of working in a similar position for at least 3 yearsUnderstanding management and accounting activitiesTax accountingFull higher educationPersonal characteristicsHigh level of financial expertiseManagement skillsAbility to analyze financial dataCommunication skills
