The company develops several lines of business and in the future you will have the opportunity to get additional opportunities while working for the company; Full support and loyalty of the company's owners; Comfortable work schedule; Official registration in accordance with Ukrainian legislation; Compensation for car expenses, in case of its use in the work process .📌What will you do in this position: Control, systematization and improvement of all processes related to the financial direction of the company's activities; Making proposals to optimize processes in the work of the financial department; Organization of external and internal audits of all company divisions, including . foreign representative offices; Monitoring and improving the company's key financial indicators; Effective management of the company's financial operations and ensuring compliance with all financial standards and legislation; Establishing communication between the financial and other departments of the company; Preparing reports for owners. 💼Our client would like you to have the following Competencies: Work experience in a similar or similar position for at least 5 years; Higher education in the field of finance, accounting or economics; Successful experience in managing a team; Fluency in PC (Excel, 1C, BAS); Orientation and deep understanding of financial regulations , tax, budget legislation; High level of organizational, communication and analytical skills; Experience in the organization of "remote accounting" is desirable; Knowledge of Polish and/or English will be an additional advantage.
