A group of companies (food production, retail trade of excise goods) with a total number of 600 people invites to its team a financial director with work experience. Responsibilities: Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy. Management of financial operations, budgeting and financial analysis. Control over financial flows and cash accounting. Preparation of financial statements and analysis of financial indicators. Optimization of tax strategies and interaction with tax authorities. Development and management of the financial department, including the recruitment of new specialists. Requirements: Experience in the position of at least 3 years. Higher economic education (finance , accounting or economics). Knowledge in the field of management accounting and financial analysis. Experience working with manufacturing and/or trading companies. Budget planning and analysis skills. Knowledge of tax legislation and financial legislation of Ukraine. Knowledge of 1C 8.3 UTP, ZUP, MS Excel, Client - Bank. Excellent communication and management skills. Knowledge of the Ukrainian language at a level sufficient for working with financial documentation. Conditions: Official employment.
