Main responsibilities: Creation and implementation of the company's financial system. Preparation and implementation of management accounting and reporting to owners. Budgeting. Analysis and control of budget implementation. Implementation of a consolidated reporting system. Management of cash flows, control of budget implementation. Management of accounting and audit processes in the company: organization of the accounting system; taxation; management accounting; document circulation; internal and external reporting, etc. Development of tax policy. Analysis of financial risks. And the prevention of possible. Analysis of contracts. Control of the execution of contracts. Reports: BALANCE SHEET, Cash-Flow Report, Profit and Loss Report (P&L) Setting up the accounting system in the company's accounting programs. Analysis of the accounting policy and implementation of the necessary changes; Control of receivables and payables; Requirements to the candidate: Higher financial and economic education Deep knowledge and practical experience of financial management, accounting, tax legislation and regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine; Experience of working in systemic production companies as a financial director from 3 years; Experience of working as a chief accountant in production companies ;Experience in developing and implementing budgeting, management accounting and consolidated reporting systems;Practical experience in drawing up financial reports, plans, forecast data and budgets of financial results and cash;Practical experience in implementing and optimizing financial business processes in the company;Experience in tax planning and management cash flows; Experience in automating management accounting and business processes; High level of responsibility, attentiveness, systematicity, sociability.
