Requirements: higher education (financial, economic); work experience in a similar position of 5 years or more (agro-industrial complex, production); high level of financial literacy; knowledge of current tax legislation, accounting, management accounting; conducting a financial and economic analysis of company transactions; increasing the efficiency of financial processes and increasing profitability; the ability to work with a large amount of information; experience working with EXCEL and various configurations of the 1C program; analytical abilities, high level of self-organization, responsibility, attentiveness. Responsibilities: development and implementation of the company's financial strategies; monitoring of financial activity and reporting; analysis of the effectiveness of financial indicators and business processes, development of recommendations for their optimization; management of the financial department (5 people); preparation of the annual budget and control of its compliance; preparation of management and financial reporting; tax planning and control; control of income, expenses and ensuring effective use of resources.
