Requirements: Higher education in the field of finance, accounting; Experience as a financial director; In-depth knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting and analysis; Ability to work with financial tools and programs; Excellent analytical and communication skills; High responsibility, result-oriented and decision-making ability; Ability to think strategically and assess the company's development prospects; High skills in team management and communication. Duties: Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy to achieve business goals. Management of the company's financial activities, including financial analysis, budgeting, accounting and reporting. Interaction with banks, financial institutions and partners on matters of financial operations. Development and support of effective financial processes and internal control. Analysis of cost effectiveness and development of recommendations for optimizing business processes. Participation in strategic projects and decision-making regarding the development of the company. Participation in the investment activities of the company, calculations on the feasibility of investing in new areas and projects. Team management. Risk management, identification and recommendations for their elimination to reduce the negative impact on the company. Building effective communication with other departments.
