A retail chain of grocery stores is looking for an experienced retail financial director. WHAT ARE THE TASKS WE ASSIGN: general management of the personnel of the financial department; interaction with the team of department heads and facilitating the interaction of the financial department with other functional divisions of the company; management of the budget process, control of budget execution and forecasting of financial results; management and analysis financial and management reporting of the company, preparation of monthly management reporting based on activity results (plan-fact, etc.); control of receivables and payables; organization of planning and daily control of cash flow; control of financial and economic activities of the enterprise; optimization of costs; reduction of possible financial risks ; distribution of financial flows; control of accounting and tax accounting, tax planning; construction of financial models and reporting formats, economic analysis, forecasting of indicators; participation in automation and optimization of business processes; interaction with key partners and banks. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE: higher economic education ; at least 5 years of work experience in the field of finance, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position; in-depth knowledge of the principles of financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and optimization of financial processes; high communication skills and the ability to work in a team; experience in working with financial software products, high level of mastery of Excel, 1C.
