WHAT TASKS WE ASSIGN: General management of financial personnel; Interaction with the team of top managers and promotion of the interaction of the financial department with other functional units of the company; Financial analysis, planning, budgeting; Creation and analysis of financial and management reporting companies; Control of systematic and regular analysis of financial and economic activity of the company; Reduction of possible financial risks, optimization of costs; Distribution of financial flows; Control of tax activities in accordance with current legislation; Construction of financial models and reporting formats, economic analysis, forecasting of indicators; Participation in automation and optimization of business processes; Interaction with key partners and banks. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Higher economic education; At least 7 years of work experience in the field of finance, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position; In-depth knowledge of the principles of financial reporting, financial analysis , budgeting and optimization of financial processes; High communication skills and the ability to work in a team; Experience in working with ERP systems and other financial software tools.
