We are a Talent Connect recruiting company, specializing in the search and selection of highly qualified employees in Ukraine and abroad. Currently, our team is looking for a Financial Director for a company that produces high-quality Belgian chocolate with a variety of bright flavors. Since 2016, the company has been making sweets from natural ingredients according to original recipes, and the level of sales is constantly increasing. We are looking for a Financial Director who will report to the CFO of the group of companies and be responsible for management reporting, planning, budgeting and cash management. Main duties: Balance, Cash Flow, PNL reporting. Planning and budgeting. Cash flow management, approval of applications for payment. Carrying out reporting analytics. Cost calculation. Control and analysis of receivables and payables. Financial evaluation of projects. Forecasting the tax burden together with accounting. We will consider candidates with the following skills: Experience as a financial manager, preferably in production. Experience with 1C and Excel at the level of a confident user. Understanding of the key forms of management and financial reporting. Ability to prepare reports independently. Experience with export and cooperation with banks will be an advantage. Experience in managing a small team and knowledge of English will also be an advantage.
