We are currently looking for a qualified Financial Director who will complement and strengthen our team with his expertise and competencies. Responsibilities: control, systematization and improvement of all processes , related to the Company's finances and valuable assets; ensuring reliable protection of the Company's assets and reserves; monitoring and improving the Company's key financial indicators; organization of external and internal audits of all Company divisions, including foreign legal entities; effective management of financial operations and ensuring compliance with all financial standards and legislation; budget management, monitoring of the Company's key financial indicators, their forecast and decision-making; making proposals to automate the work of the Company's financial division; development, approval and control of the Company's financial strategy Requirements: higher education in the field of finance, accounting or economics; experience of working in a similar position for at least 2 years; knowledge of financial analysis, risk management and strategic planning; ability to communicate and cooperate with other departments of the company to achieve common goals; high level of analytical thinking ; the ability to make strategic decisions and work with large amounts of information; fluency in PC (Word, Excel, 1C, CRM); knowledge of the English language at the Pre-Intermediate level and above.
