Job description TD MANN is inviting a "Financial Director" to its team Main duties: ability to audit accounting and management accounting, business processes in the company related to financial management and accounting; management, planning and analysis of cash flows; budget formation and control of its implementation, plan-factor analysis. Assessment of investment projects. Profitability analysis; payment schedule control (non-residents); tax planning and construction of financial schemes, including import operations. Audit of existing solutions; analytics in all areas of activity, providing systematic analysis of the company's work results, motivation systems; organization, coordination of the financial director's interaction with other units; coordination of contracts, taking into account the calculation of the financial result and risk forecast. Participation with divisions in key agreements and relations with external counterparties; organization and management of projects in the direction of automation of budgeting, management accounting and reporting; organization of support for the accounting system (Bas), setting technical tasks of the IT department, helping to ensure maximum automation of accounting; managing the enterprise's credit portfolio, its optimization, interaction with banking structures and monitoring of credit services. reporting, including operational information at the request of management. Requirements for the candidate: work experience of 5 years in the position of "Deputy Financial Director" and 3 years in the position of "Financial Director"; higher specialized education; practical project work skills with successful experience in project implementation; analytical abilities, ability to build system work in in this direction; in-depth knowledge of the main provisions of national and international standards of accounting and financial accounting; in-depth knowledge of management and accounting, accounting systems (1C); a high level of knowledge of the tax legislation of Ukraine, including in the field of foreign exchange; knowledge and skills of building a budgeting system and management accounting; experience of cooperation with banks and other financial organizations.
