The MINIMAL company is a Ukrainian brand of modern, minimalist jewelry. We are breathing new life into the jewelry market and we are looking for an experienced, result-oriented CFO to join our team. We see strong potential for further development in our finance department. In order to ensure efficient work and optimization of processes, we are looking for a manager who could help structure work processes and manage the company's financial flows. Responsibilities: Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy to achieve business goals. Management of the company's financial activities, including financial analysis, budgeting, accounting and reporting. Interaction with banks, financial institutions and partners on matters of financial operations. Development and support of effective financial processes and internal control. of the company. Participation in the company's investment activities, calculations of the feasibility of investing in new directions and projects. Team management. Risk management, identification and recommendations for their elimination to reduce the negative impact on the company. Building effective communication with other departments. Requirements: Higher education in the field finance, accounting or economics. Experience in the position of financial director or a similar position for at least 2 years. In-depth knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting and analysis. Ability to work with financial instruments and programs. Excellent analytical and communication skills. High responsibility, orientation on the result and the ability to make decisions. The ability to think strategically and evaluate the prospects of the company's development.
