Analytical mindset, responsibility, communication skills. Responsibilities: Preparation of management accounting. Optimization of financial and management accounting , optimization of reporting on the basis of 1C. Formation of management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance). Management of financial flows: control of costs and ensuring effective use of resources, control of income and provision of finances, planning of income and expenses, work with banks, attracting financing, management credit portfolio (bank guarantees, project financing, leasing), optimization of load % and refinancing. Financial and economic analysis of the company's activities: analysis of the actual cost of services, control and optimization of cost, analysis of receivables and payables, plan-actual analysis of reporting. Interaction with regulatory bodies. Tax planning: calculation, analysis, optimization. Organization and control of the work of divisions: accounting, financial department. Tasks for the future: Strategic planning of the Company's financial activities. Analysis of business processes, key business performance indicators, current management reporting, preparation of recommendations for the CEO. Development of a financial model, financial structure. Accounting and forecasting of financial risks. Working conditions: Comfortable office in the city center. Full-time, five-day work week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). Official employment in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
