Field of activity: Rental and sale of construction equipment (mast lifts , facade cradles, tower cranes, etc.) and equipment (scaffolding, towers); Technical services: installations, repairs, maintenance, sale of spare parts; Design, supply, installation and maintenance. BMU facade systems for continuous maintenance of buildings; Design, supply, installation and maintenance of automatic parking systems. Requirements: Experience in successfully implementing activities related to financial management; Excellent knowledge of 1:C programs; Knowledge of legislative regulations governing the financial, economic and production activities of the organization. We are looking for qualities in a candidate such as: Analytical mentality, business ethics and honesty, scrupulousness, responsibility, strength of character and resistance to stress, developed leadership qualities. Position product: Financial security and solvency of the Company; Growing profit and reserves of the Company; Optimal motivation and income of employees. Functional responsibilities: Analysis of costs and development of proposals for their optimization; Detailing and structuring budget items in order to ensure the effectiveness of financial control, budgeting; Ensuring optimal levels accounts receivable and payable; Minimizing the credit load through proper distribution of payments; Tax and financial planning; Building a management accounting system; Managing financial management, analyzing and evaluating financial results, developing measures to improve the efficiency of financial management; Formation and strategic planning of the company’s financial policy; Analysis and assessment of financial risks, profitability of transactions, investment attractiveness of projects; Formation of management reporting; Drawing up, analysis and control of budget execution; Setting technical specifications for improving the accounting program; Interaction with credit, insurance, leasing and other financial institutions; Supervision and control of financial activities of the Company's remote representative offices in Ukraine and abroad. Working conditions: Convenient office with a good location (st.
