Working directly with the founder, there is an opportunity to build and systematize management accounting. The main direction of our activity is the implementation of a full range of works on the repair of the city's street and road network, improvement of territories. Main responsibilities: Creation and implementation of the company's financial system. Preparation and implementation of management accounting and reporting to owners. Budgeting. Analysis and control of budget execution. Accounting management and optimization. Implementation of the consolidated reporting system. Cash flow management, budget execution control. Development of KPI financial motivation system. KPI execution control. Development of the Company's tax policy. Analysis of financial risks. But warnings are possible. Analysis of contracts. Control of contract execution. Reports: BALANCE SHEET, Cash Flow Statement, Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) Setting up the accounting system in the company's accounting programs. Candidate requirements: Higher financial and economic education; Knowledge and practical experience of accounting, tax, management accounting; Work experience in system production companies as a financial director from 2 years. Experience as a chief accountant in production companies. Experience in the development and implementation of budgeting, management accounting and consolidated reporting systems; Practical experience in drawing up financial reports, plans, forecast data and budgets of financial results and funds; Practical experience in the implementation and optimization of financial business processes in the company; Experience in tax planning and cash flow management; Experience in automating management accounting and business processes based on 1C, basic knowledge of 1C 8.3, Excel High level of responsibility, systematicity, proactivity, sociability, positive attitude to life.
