Financial director in TAS ESSET MENEDZhMENT, TOV

For an industrial company of the TAS Group, we are looking for a Financial Director.

Expectations from candidates:

• Experience of working as a financial director, head of a financial unit or leading financial analyst at an industrial enterprise for at least 3 years;
• High level of knowledge in the field of financial management, accounting, taxation;
• Experience of participating in an ERP system implementation project;
• A confident user of Excel, financial analytical tools;
• Experience in managing a division or project team;
• Developed analytical abilities, strategic thinking, leadership qualities;
• Higher education in the field of finance, economics, accounting or related areas.

 Main duties:

• Management of tax and management accounting processes (under the Chief Accountant);
• Implementation of financial planning of the company's activities;
• Preparation and analysis of financial and management reporting (CF, P&L, Balance);
• Development and monitoring of revenue budgets and costs and monitoring their compliance;
• Management of systematization, maintenance and structuring of cost rationing activities;
• Cooperation with banks, auditors and other financial institutions;
• Ensuring effective use of invested capital;
• Preparation of analytical reports for the Supervisory Board.
• Implementation of the ERP system together with consultants.
