We invite a Financial Director to the team.

We are looking for a responsible andattention toperson who wants to develop in the field of finance.

You will be responsible for financial analysis, planning and control, which will contribute to strategic decision-making in the company. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, excellent data skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities weare ready to hand over to you:

• Financial analysis and evaluation of the company's financial indicators.
• Preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and strategic plans.
• Analysis of income and expenses, search for ways to optimize costs.
• Development of economic models for evaluating investment projects.
• Preparation of regular reports on the company's financial condition (Cash Flow, P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Monitoring financial markets and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Participating in the preparation of financial reports for management and external auditors.
• Collaboration with other departments to improve financial processes and achieve the company's strategic goals.
• Controlling the work of the department.

We expect thatyouYou have:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics or accounting.
• Experience in a similar position from 2-3 years.
• Proficient in financial analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, 1C, SAP or others).
• Deep understanding of financial reporting and accounting.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
