POSITION:Financial Director

FORMAT: This is a job in the office (Kyiv),territorially - the "Platform" Art Factory.

EMPLOYER: Our clientMimiBon. An ice cream manufacturer that is currently transforming its business model and moving from a B2C format to a B2B supplier format for further scaling outside of Ukraine. 

DIRECT SUBJECT: Your direct supervisor will be the founder of the company —one of the best top managers in this industry. 

FOCUS for the first 3-6 months in this role — is to attract investment in production. So this kind of experience will be a big advantage. 

Key areas of responsibility:

Active participation in attracting investments / entering international markets:

• Analysis of the existing financial model / proposal 

• Analysis of the existing investment strategy / proposals and specific actions to attract investments (bond sales, bank lending, private lending, grant programs)

• Structure of investment agreements

• Building a legal, financial and investment strategy for entering the international market

Accounting: 

• Organization of the operational work of accountants and operators (starting with the organization of the process of collecting primary documentation)

• communication and control of accounting outsourcing companies. 

Management reporting: 

• Analysis of the existing unit economy of products (channels, geography) / proposals / communication with the CEO and Commercial Director / Formation of a pricing strategy

• Analysis of reporting in all necessary sections (reporting exists and is structured)

• Implementation of budgeting, control of financial discipline

• Ability to work in a team
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership positions in the field of finance - preferably in international companies
• Confirmed experience of attracting investments in the company - personally or as a participant in similar
