About the BASEPACK company

BASEPACK has been producing polymer packaging in Ukraine for more than 10 years. We work with most of the leading companies in Ukraine and have our own full-cycle production. The company is growing steadily, production and turnover are increasing, therefore we are opening the position of a senior financier / financial director of the operational type.

The purpose of the role

To provide true, accurate and timely financial data in all areas of the company, control warehouses and financial processes, stable work of the financial department and high-quality interaction with banks, accounting and production departments.

Main duties1. Monthly financial reporting

• Preparation of reports by areas (production, trading, sales).

• Formation of PL, Balance, Cash Flow.

• Summary of the net profit of the company.

• Monthly closing correctness control.

2. Control of the correctness of calculations and accounting

• Checking the correctness of the calculation of bonuses in the salary (managers, ROP).

• Control of the correctness of compositions (movements, balances, write-offs, production).

• Control of the accounts receivable report.

• Control of the accounts payable report.

• Checking of documents before the 1C.

3. Work with banks

• Preparation of documents for banks.

• Providing regular reports to banks.

• Communication with bank managers on operational issues.

4. Management of the work of the financial department

• Distribution of responsibilities between employees of the financial department and accounting.

• Control of deadlines for tasks and data quality.

• Interaction with accounting and other divisions.

5. Automation and improvement of processes

• Work on the implementation of automation in 1C.

• Optimization of financial processes in the company.

• Participation in setting up reports and regulations.

• Working with Google sheets (current registers, analytics).

6. Work in systems

• 1C 8.3 UPP — processing of documents, transfer, error checking.

• Google Sheets — fifinancial registers, tables, analytics.

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience in the financial department from 3 years.

• Knowledge of 1C 8.3 UPP, or other modifications of bases 1:C

• Ability to form PL, Balance, Cash Flow.

• Experience of working with debtor, creditor, warehouses.

• High level of responsibility, attentiveness, analytics.

• Systematic and discipline at work.

Working conditions

• Schedule: 09:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday).

• Office: Kyiv, st. Natalia Lototska, 6.

• Payment:
