Vacancy: FINANCIAL DIRECTOR, offline, Dnipro

Our Partner, a Ukrainian company with many years of experience in the field metalworking and foundry is looking for a FINANCIAL DIRECTOR to join its team.

The company has ambitious development plans, so we are looking for a new position FINANCIAL DIRECTOR, a specialistwith work experience and solid managerial competencieswho is ready to realize his potential, show independence and achieve high results together with the Company.

We have two production locations: the central office and production in the city Dnipro and new modern production in the city of Mukachevo. The Company's total staff is up to 300 people.

It is important for us in candidates:

• Successful work experience of 5 years or more in a similar position;
• Reliable knowledge of accounting, financial analysis and tax legislation of Ukraine;
• Systematic approach to work, focus on results and desire to develop;
• Good command of programs: 1C 8.3 UTP, ERP, Power BI, Excel, Google - spreadsheets;
• Experience of conducting financial analysis (product, profitability, profitability)

Your salary for the trial period (3 months):

GUARANTEED RATE 80,000 — 110,000 UAH, depending on the competences" style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Tasks for the position:

• Execution of budgeting, including development of income and expenditure budgets for effective management and optimization of financial resources;
• Automation of financial accounting and preparation of regular management financial reporting;
• Development and implementation of an effective financial accounting system for accurate and timely reflection of the company's financial activities;
• Analyze financial indicators, prepare reports for management and participate in strategic planning.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of accounting and financial documentation.
• Conduct financial analysis of projects, evaluate their profitability and risks.
• Cooperate with banks, tax authorities and other financial institutions.
• Optimize costs and look for opportunities to increase the efficiency of financial activities.
• Maintain internal control and compliance with financial discipline in the company.
• Management of the finance department - 4 persons
