We are looking for a CFO for a rehabilitation center who can understand the numbers "as it is now" and build processes and management accounting "as it should be". 

Main responsibilities:

• Conducting financial analysis and evaluation of the company's current activities and implementing measures to improve and improve existing processes.
• Preparation of a business plan.  
• Formation of the annual budget and 12 monthly budgets.  
• Formation of the payment calendar.
• Formation of management financial statements and their analysis (P&L, CF).
• Preparation of the company to attract foreign investments. 
• Calculation of the economic effect of investment proposals, comparison of alternatives. 
• Preparation of other additional information according to management requests.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (economics, finance, accounting and auditing).
• Experience of working as a financial director for 5 years or more.
• Experience in the field of medical services, rehabilitation center, hotel and restaurant business - as advantage.
• Deep expertise in finance, budgeting and management reporting. 
• Knowledge of the basics of accounting. 
• Availability of a category B license and own car.
• Microsoft Excel - at a confident level: work with formulas, summary tables, data formatting.
• Knowledge of Servio programs, Dr. Eleks is an advantage. 
• Responsibility, initiative, results-oriented, multitasking, attention to numbers.
• Willingness to live on the territory of a rehabilitation center in the forest (Lviv region) for the first 3 months of work, then a hybrid work format with business trips twice a month.
