A Ukrainian trading company in the B2B segment is looking for a financial director to build and develop the financial function of the business. The position involves participation in the company's strategic decisions, management of financial flows and the financial team.

Key tasks:

• Development of the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting and analysis

• Control of financial operations: payment of bills, accounting of expenses, inventory;

• Financial analysis and preparation of recommendations for management to optimize financial results;

• Ensuring compliance of financial operations with tax and financial legislation;

• Participation in the formation of strategic goals and development plans of the company from financial perspectives.

It is important for us:

• Experience in the position of financial director / CFO from 3 years;
• Knowledge of financial planning, analysis and management, budgeting, development of financial strategies. Ability to work with financial models and analytical tools.
• Proficiency in financial systems and software.
• Ability to analyze data, identify and solve problems, make sound financial decisions.
• Experience working with business owners.
