Financial director in Olimpus, TOV

Financial Director at OLYMPUS LLP warehouse logistics. We are expanding and are looking for a financial director who will build an effective financial system and ensure profitability control of each direction.

Main tasks:

• Creating a financial strategy and a unified financial model of business;

• Development of the annual budget, Cash Flow control, planning and forecasting;

• Implementation of regular financial reporting: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance;

• Control of costs, cost of building materials, logistics, equipment, construction;

• Management of debtor, creditor, financial risks;

• Automation of reporting (1C + CRM + Power BI/Excel);

• Optimization of operating costs, search for financial growth points.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in in finance;

• 2+ years in the position of finance director/finance manager;

• Experience in construction, logistics, supply, production;

• High level of Excel, experience with 1C and financial models;

• Systematic, responsible, strategic thinking.
