We are looking for a financial director for a production and trade group of companies (in Kharkiv, on site, mainly).

Owning the necessary software (1C, Excel, other necessary accompanying programs) and a computer (for by default),

The desire to build a transparent and well-functioning financial management system.
Working conditions:
Financial conditions are discussed individually (specify your wishes).

Responsibilities:
1. Development and realization of the company's financial strategy (in the future).
2. Development, implementation, improvement of the company's financial model (company's financial management model). Including
2.1. Development and implementation of the company's financial (management accounting) policy (including tax, credit, investment, economic, ..., other policies within the framework of management accounting policy).
2.2. Selection and implementation of the necessary financial management tools in the company.
2.3. Development (formalization), implementation, improvement, processes (functions) of financial management (including based on selected tools).
2.3.1. Development, implementation, support (relevance control) of the system (package) of documents regulating financial management.
2.4. Formation (/change, if necessary) of the company's financial structure (and other structures based on it).
2.5. Formation (/change, if necessary) of the organizational structure of financial management in the company.
2.6. Development, implementation, control of the system (as min of financial) document flow in the company.
3. Management accounting in the company. (In parts: Production, organization, control). (Accounting, planning, analysis, optimization, ... and other "delights" of management accounting).
4. Monitoring and control of financial (accounting) accounting.
5. Implementation and control of the automated management system (like min finance).
6. Functions of the general management of the financial division. (Monitoring and control of current financial management processes in the company).
7. Development (participation in the development) of the motivation system (including the financial structure).
8. Interaction with external structures (if necessary), as one of the persons representing the company (controlling, financing, etc.).
