Finance Director (production / distribution)

The company is a manufacturer and distributor of products for electronic cigarettes, which has been creating lines of quality fillers and supplying refills for more than 10 years POD systems for the Ukrainian market. A business with a clear strategy, a strong product and ambitions for scaling - and right now we are forming a financial block that will become the center of growth management.

We are looking for a Finance Director who thinks strategically, loves systematicity and sees finance not as an "operator", but as a way manage business efficiency.

Your tasks:

• Build and strengthen the company's financial system: from the model to standards and regulations;

• Maintain the financial model, regularly updating it for operational and strategic goals;

• Form management reporting, structure data and control their quality;

• Conduct budgeting, forecast liquidity and cash-flow;

• Analyze profitability of products, channels and directions;

• Control cost, work with calculations, find optimization points;

• Manage receivables and implement system mutual settlements;

• Implement ERP, automation and new financial processes;

• Form regular analytics for the owner and line managers.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have 5+ years of experience in finance: managerial accounting, budgeting, financial models, unit economics;

• Implemented automation and ERP from scratch - you understand how to do it systematically;

• You have experience in trade or distribution - this is a big plus;

• You know how to work with large volumes of data and guarantee their validity;

• You think structurally, take responsibility, make decisions autonomously;

• Ready to be the "owner" of the financial direction.
