YOUR THE TASKS AND DUTIES OF THE POSITION WILL BE:

• ensuring compliance with legislation, internal policies and decisions of the Naftogaz Group;
• development and implementation of the annual financial plan, production and investment programs;
• formation of the company budget and its control implementation;
• conducting a financial analysis of the company's activities and preparing proposals for improving efficiency;
• preparation of management, financial and mandatory reporting in accordance with standards and requirements;
• ensuring the reliability of financial accounting and control, in accordance with IFRS;
• analysis of financial and economic activities to identify reserves, optimize costs and increase profitability;
• participation in determining the strategic directions of the company's development and assessing the impact of operational decisions on the financial result;
• coordinating work with banks and other financial institutions, including the preparation of bank guarantees;
• managing financial risks, receivables and preventing bankruptcy;
• ensuring the audit of annual financial statements and cooperation with auditing companies;
• initiation of automation processes of financial functions, including implementation of SAP and BI solutions; management and development of subordinate units (finance, controlling, analytics); planning, performance evaluation and training of subordinate employees; ensuring the effectiveness of the company's financial function and compliancekey performance indicators.

OUR WISHES FOR FUTURE EMPLOYEE:

• higher education (economics, finance, accounting, management), preferably — ACCA, CIMA or MBA certification;
• work experience in the financial field of at least 10 years, of which at least 3 years as a financial director in large companies;
• deep knowledge of IFRS, accounting and tax legislation of Ukraine;
• experience in preparing and consolidating financial statements for groups of companies;
• knowledge of budgeting tools, financial analysis, controlling and liquidity management;
• understanding of the principles of corporate governance and requirements for public companies;
• experience of interaction with banks, auditors, government bodies and shareholders;
• practical experience of working with SAP, Power BI, Excel or other financial IT systems;
• high level of analytical thinking, strategic vision, ability to work with large volumes data;
• fluency in the Ukrainian language, preferably English at the level of business communication.
