Financial director in Ekoniya

The company Ekonia is looking for an experienced and professional employee for the position of Financial Director. 

In our company, we specialize in the production and sale of healthy food and drinking water for young and adult consumers. We have successful brands that we are constantly developing and expanding.

Main duties:

• Management of the financial planning and budgeting system, control of financial indicators;
• Development and implementation of income and expense budgeting processes;
• Development and control of accounting, tax, credit, investment policy;
• Control and audit of accounting and financial reporting;
• Control of the formation and submission of accounting, financial, statistical, and tax reporting;
• Analysis of the financial activity of the enterprise;
• Financial evaluation of contracts and terms of cooperation with counterparties;
• Passing inspections by DPS and other state regulators bodies;
• Coordination of financial flows of the company;
• Work with banks, assessment and coordination of cooperation terms;
• Monitoring and application of changes in accounting and tax legislation;
• Analysis and assessment of financial risks, development of measures to minimize them, ensuring control over compliance with financial discipline;
• Management of the financial department and accounting.

Main requirements for the candidate:

• VO (finance, accounting and auditing);
• In-depth knowledge of financial management, tax legislation, accounting and tax accounting;
• Experience of working in manufacturing companies as an advantage;
• Experience of development and implementation of management accounting;
• Experience of tax planning and management of RGK;
• Experience of working with banks, EZ.
• Experience of effective work at the top management level, including directly subordination to the business owner.
• Developed organizational skills, proactivity, ability to find and offer non-standard solutions, high personal efficiency.
