Search: Financial Director (CFO)
Location: Kyiv, office (Shevchenkivskyi district)
Subordination: CEO
Management team: 10–12 specialists (financial department)

For a large Ukrainian company, we are looking for a financial leader who can build an effective financial management system, ensure stability and transparency of financial processes and become a key partner for the CEO and owners in matters of business development.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Management of the financial function and financial flows.

• Organization of management accounting and financial reporting.

• Budgeting, financial planning, implementation control budget.

• Economic analysis of activities and preparation of decisions for management.

• Optimization of taxation and strengthening of financial discipline.

• Interaction with banks, auditors, investors.

• Management of the financial team department.

 Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in the position of CFO / Head of Finance in medium or large companies; experience in a holding company will be an advantage.

• In-depth understanding of management and tax accounting, budgeting and financial control.

• Practice in organizing internal audit and cash flow management.

• Experience in evaluating investment projects.

• English - from B1/B2.

• High personal efficiency, proactivity, strategic thinking.
