Responsibilities:

• Formation and implementation of the company's financial strategy in accordance with business goals.

• Management of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Control over the preparation of mandatory and management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and Ukrainian accounting standards.

• ZED: Understanding the specifics of international trade, currency operations, logistics and customs procedures, as well as knowledge of the relevant legislation of Ukraine.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics or accounting.

• 5+ years of professional experience in the field of finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.

• Experience in managing teams of accountants and financiers.

• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and Ukrainian accounting standards.

• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

• Experience in managing teams and building effective financial processes.
