IT IS IMPORTANT FOR ME THAT YOU HAVE:

• Experience. Relevant experience in financial management from 3 years.
• Autonomy. 100% autonomy in solving all financial, accounting, tax issues (including passing inspections), issues of interaction with the management team, etc.
• Financial accounting. Ability to build PnL reports, Cash flow, etc.
• Accounting. Understanding how accounting processes are built.
• Taxes. General understanding of the tax legislation of Ukraine.
• Knowledge of Excel. On "You" with Excel, were able to quickly process financial information, build summary tables.

YOUR KEY TASKS THERE WILL BE:

• Management accounting. Organization of control over the correctness of the accounting display of transactions in management accounting.
• Reporting. Preparation of monthly financial statements (PnL, Cash flow, project report, etc.), preparation of operational financial reports.
• Financial calculations. Performing analytical financial calculations for the CEO and the company's management team.
• Budgeting. Setting up and launching the budgeting process in the company.
• Automation. Transferring the company to an automated accounting system, integration with current systems.
• Impact on NPM%. Constant analysis of income and expenses, generation of management decisions aimed at optimizing costs and increasing income, increasing net profit margin, %.
• Team Interaction. Interaction with a team of project managers on financial issues.
