Main tasks
Conduct an internal audit of financial processes and reporting.
Organize accounting, management and tax accounting.
Ensure the consolidation of the group's financial statements.
Develop uniform standards of financial policy, reporting and control procedures.
Develop and implement a financial strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
Build a financial model for achieving strategic goals.
Conduct a financial assessment of investment projects, new directions and initiatives.
Participate in corporate structuring, fundraising and cooperation with international partners.
Build a budgeting system (annual, quarterly, monthly) and ensure its effective implementation.
Create management reporting for top management (margin, EBITDA, ROI, etc.).
Conduct regular analysis of the profitability of directions, categories and projects.
Develop and implement financial KPIs and a system for monitoring their achievement.
Establish cash flow management and centralized treasury.
Ensure control of the debutstock and accounts payable, as well as inventory turnover.
Determine key financial risks (currency, interest, liquidity) and develop mechanisms for their minimization.
Implement an effective system of internal control and prevention of financial losses.
Automate financial processes (budgeting, accounting, reporting).
