Financial director in People&Time

We are looking for a Financial Director with experience in developing and implementing a financial strategy for a group of companies whose main areas of activity are: trade, foreign exchange and services.

Functional responsibilities:

• Building a financial strategy that supports long-term goals business
• Modelling of the company's financial architecture, assessment of risks and potential
• Control of cash flows, resources, risks
• Budgeting, management accounting, financial discipline
• Development of accounting policy for management accounting, preparation of regulations for executors. Automation of accounting
• Preparation of financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
• Tax planning, accounting control and optimization of financial processes
• Providing recommendations to improve business efficiency
• Organization of department work (5 people). Recruitment, development, team motivation

Requirements:

• Experience in managing the financial function of a company or group for at least 5 years.
• Confident mastery of financial modeling, budgeting, management tools accounting
• Practical experience of automating processes and working with non-residents
• Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial approach, ability to make decisions in conditions of change
