Financial director in Ukraflora, TOV, SP

The Ukraflora company, the leader of the flower market, is looking for a Financial Director

We expect from you:

• work experience in a similar position for at least 5 years;
• knowledge of tax legislation;
• knowledge of the principles and standards of financial management;
• experience in using a PC: MS Office Word, Excel, 1C: 8 (UPP, CRM system);
• experience in automating business processes at all stages of financial service work;
• successful experience and practice financial and managerial accounting;
• deep knowledge in accounting/finance/economics/analytics;
• experience in team management;
• responsibility and ability to work in a team for a common result;
• professionalism and desire to develop.

What will you do:

• manage the financial department;
• manage the company's financial flows (control of expenses, income control and provision of the company with financial resources);
• automate business processes and implement new solutions:
• form and strategically plan financial policy companies;
• analyze and reduce possible financial risks;
• prepare weekly and monthly reports; draw up planned reporting (P&L, Cashflow, Balance);
• budget, conduct plan-factor analysis of the company’s activities;
• regularly analyze the company’s accounting policy, as well as the necessary implementation of changes;
• monitor the implementation of the budget and the reliability of annual/quarterly reporting indicators;
• make weekly and monthly sales forecasts for the current and next months;
• monitor the correctness of accounting in the company;
• monitor receivables and payables;
• cooperate with financial and banking institutions.
