Financial director in RoBeauty

Our products are chosen by more than 200,000 customers in Ukraine and Europe (Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia), and the company continues to develop steadily in new markets.

We are entering a phase of active growth and are looking for a Financial Director who will become strategic partner of the owner and will help develop the company's financial system - make it even more transparent, predictable and efficient.

This position is for a leader with deep financial thinking who able to turn numbers into strategic decisions, develop processes and ensure financial stability of business scaling in Ukraine and Europe.

Main tasks and expected results

• Ensure liquidity control and balanced financial flows in a group of companies.
• Strengthen the accuracy of management reporting and financial analytics by markets, channels and products.
• Develop mechanisms for increasing business profitability and the efficiency of resource use.
• Optimize the structure of costs and financial flows between companies and areas of activity.
• Improve the automation of financial processes and consolidated reporting for a group of companies.
• Ensure tax compliance and transparency of financial transactions within the corporate structure.
• Develop a policy for currency risk management and internal settlements between companies.
• Prepare the company for an external audit or potential investment attraction

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience as a CFO / financial director from 5 years in companies with an active operational business (production, e-commerce, distribution or FMCG), preferably with an international structure.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, management accounting
• Experience with non-resident companies
• Experience in implementation of automation systems (1C, ERP, Power BI, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of accounting, tax and management accounting, IFRS
• Analytical thinking, strategic vision, leadership skills
