We are currently looking forfinancial directorfor a partner project.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the company's financial flows;
• Formation and strategic planning financial policy of the company;
• Analysis and reduction of possible financial risks;
• Preparation of weekly and monthly analytical reports;
• Formation of planned reporting;
• Budgeting, formation of a plan-factor analysis of the company's activity;
• Control of budget implementation, searches for budget optimization;
• Revenue forecast on a regular basis for the current period and the following periods;
• li>Calculation of business cases, NPV analysis;
• Control of accounting compliance in the company;
• Ensuring effective tax planning;
• Increasing the level of automation of business processes .

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in a managerial position from 3 years;
• Experience in a similar position in a medical institution will be a big plus;
• In-depth knowledge in accounting/finance/economics/analytics;
• Cashflow management skills;
• Knowledge of tax legislation;
• Responsibility and ability to work in a team for a common result;
• Professionalism and desire to develop;
• Willingness to work in the office on a regular basis.
