Job description

A group of companies (food production, retail trade of excise goods) with a total number of 600 people invites a financial director with work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy.< /li>
• Management of financial operations, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Control over financial flows and cash accounting.
• Preparation of financial statements and analysis of financial indicators.
• li>Optimization of tax strategies and interaction with tax authorities.
• Development and management of the financial department, including recruitment of new specialists.

Requirements:

• Experience in a position of at least 3 years.
• Higher economic education (finance, accounting or economics).
• Knowledge in the field of management accounting and financial analysis.
• Experience with manufacturing and/or trading companies.
• Skills in budget planning and analysis.
• Knowledge tax legislation and financial legislation of Ukraine.
• Knowledge of 1C 8.3 UTP, ZUP, MS Excel, Client-Bank.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian language at a level sufficient to work with financial documentation.
