The managing development company invites the Group Financial Director to the team.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Management of financial indicators and strategic financial development of the group of companies, ensuring financial security and stable activity of companies
- Active role in the creation and implementation of the development strategy of the group of companies
- Formation of management accounting policy
- Management of the team of financial, economic and accounting services of the group of companies
- Management of the credit portfolio;
- Planning of cash flows of the group of companies;
- Implementation of automation of reports and creation of a dashboard to display the real state of business indicators
- Checking and approval of a package of PL, CF, BS reports
- Responsibility for economic analysis, financial activities (accounting, analysis, planning, budgeting, investment financing, cash flow management, credit policy, tax management) and accounting activities (accounting and reporting, external audit)
Requirements for the candidate:< /p>
- Higher education in the relevant field (Economics, Finance, etc.)
- Experience in development (construction management, management of shopping centers, shopping centers) will be an advantage
- Experience work as CFO/Deputy CFO
- Experience in managing teams of more than 5 people
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience in the field of financial management, excellent knowledge of financial and tax legislation
< li>Experience in credit portfolio management- Experience in asset management in crisis and constantly changing business environment;
- Experience in implementing automation of accounting processes and dashboards
- Ability to work with financial instruments and software (BAS, MS Excel)
- Ability to quickly respond to changing circumstances
