DUTIES:

Financial reporting

• Provide effective financial/accounting support for Razom operating as a global non-profit organization, ensuring compliance with Ukrainian laws and regulations, as well as GAAP standards required for consolidated reporting of business entities.< /p>

• Working closely with the Global CFO, oversee the preparation of standard GAAP financial statements on a quarterly and annual basis; develop internal processes and procedures that will support the global financial reporting process.

• Development of reports and implementation of analytics to form consolidated financial information for internal and external stakeholders.

Accounting, financial management, budgeting and analysis

• Management of purchases, accounts payable, expenses and contributions. 

• Monitoring the quality of the provision of accounting services (outsourcing).

• Coordination and management of audit activity in Ukraine; cooperation and promotion of correct audit activity in the USA

• Ensuring correct compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation in accounting, tax and regulatory aspects of the fund's work in Ukraine.

• Cooperation with the global leadership team for planning and monitoring program budgets in Ukraine.

• Development of internal controls for resource allocation.

• Establishment of financial indicators and KPI in order to improve the efficiency of teams.

• Providing regular financial reports for use in Ukraine and the USA.

• Creation and coordination of reporting on grants.

• Training and support of the program's program teams on effective financial monitoring and reporting.

• Continuous evaluation and optimization of work processes to increase efficiency.

• Building, managing and developing a strong financial team.

• Cooperation with the global top team to optimize the organization's efficiency.

• Impact on positioning Razom as the best charity in Ukraine in terms of financial performance, compliance and management.

• Promoting development, attracting volunteers and building partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with team management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian financial rules, regulations and accounting principles.

• Experience of financial work in an international company, non-governmental organization or a leading accounting firm. 

• Ability to reengineer processes and implement systems.

• Proficiency in IT tools and accounting software.

• Strong spreadsheet and database skills.

• Fluency in English and Ukrainian languages.
