Right now we are looking for a "CFO" for an IT company that provides PBX (virtual automatic telephone exchange) connection, configuration and maintenance services, as well as technical support services for customer software, provides cloud contact center services and supplies of electronic and telecommunication equipment, deals with the equipment of parts for it to enterprises and organizations of Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Poland.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education in finance, accounting or economics;
• Understanding the formation of company funds< /span>;
• Knowledge of international finance in Europe, Asia;
• Experience as a financial director or a similar position for at least 2 years;
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting and analysis;
• Ability to work with financial instruments and programs;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Ability to quickly plan the flow of cash and set limits;
• Ability to effectively interact with external audit and control bodies;
• Ability to prepare high-quality presentations and management reports;
• Ability to automate production processes.

Personal qualities:

• High responsibility, result-oriented and decision-making ability;
• Ability to think strategically and assess the company's development prospects;
• Ability to prioritize and plan for a week, month, quarter and year;
• High skills in team management, delegation and communication.

• Building a financial model of an international company;
• Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy to achieve business -goals;
• Working with the company's income and expenses on the basis of financial planning and distribution of funds;
• The organization budgetspreparation and analysis of budget execution;
• Improvement of management and accounting;
• Tax planning and optimization tax burden;
• Analysis of cost effectiveness and development of recommendations for optimization of business processes;
• Interaction with banks , financial institutions and partners in matters of financial operations;
• Organization of the system work of department employees.
