A Ukrainian group of companies that develops tactical simulators is looking for a CEO. Our product is tactical simulators (https://skif.cc) based on laser tag technologies used by the Armed Forces, National Guard, Air Force, DPS, and other units, as well as the US Department of Energy. They help train personnel and keep them alive! We are also the only one in Ukraine to manufacture equipment for laser tag business (https://lasertag.net) and VR attractions (https://vion-vr.com).

We need someone who has high results in practical activities and understands financial strategies. Who understands how to lead a team to a result. Who knows how to reorganize and automate the budget process. The goal we set before you is effective management of financial processes, aimed at increasing the company's profit.

Your main tasks will be: 1. Building financial international company models

2. development and implementation of the company's financial strategy to achieve business goals.

3. organization of budgeting, preparation and analysis of budget execution;

4. improvement of management and accounting;

5. tax planning and optimization of the tax burden

6. Analysis of cost effectiveness and development of recommendations for optimization of business processes

7. Interaction with banks, financial institutions and partners on financial transaction issues

8. calculation of planned and actual cost

9. Organization of system work of department employees

Our ideal candidate has:

• Higher education in the field of finance, accounting or economics.
• Experience in the position of financial director or a similar position for at least 5 years.
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting , budgeting and analysis.
• Ability to work with financial instruments and programs.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Promptly plan cash flow and set limits;< /li> levels B2-C1.
• Inlanguage boating at the B2-C1 level.
